This patient had lost confidence in smiling owing to this loose front tooth, which had been crowned many years previously following trauma in childhood. We restored her smile through with the extraction of the front tooth and an immediate implant and a temporary crown placed. The final crown was placed two months later following healing and implant integration, the dental restoration was complete, much to the patient’s delight.
