Michelle Crooks - Dental Receptionist

Michelle is one half of our fantastic reception team and works alongside Helen to ensure every patient receives a warm welcome when they arrive at Burley Dental Suite. As a familiar face to many of our patients, Michelle plays an important role in creating the friendly and supportive atmosphere that the practice is known for.

Known for her approachable personality and great sense of humour, Michelle loves putting patients at ease with a friendly chat and a well-timed joke while they wait. Her caring nature and ability to make people feel comfortable make her an invaluable member of the team.

Michelle is dedicated to providing excellent patient service and takes pride in being part of a practice where building strong relationships with patients is at the heart of everything we do. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family, indulging in the occasional shopping spree and showing off her baking skills. Her delicious homemade treats are always a favourite with the team, with her famous lemon drizzle cake being a particular highlight!
